Important Notice — Terms & Conditions of Engagement

The following terms serve as guidance and do not engage the responsibility of AFM KGC Randburg

At AFM Kingdom Grace Centre (KGC Randburg), we value transparency and mutual understanding in all engagements. By entering into agreement with us, the client expressly waives their own standard terms and conditions, even if such terms are provided after the acceptance of these. Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing and approved by AFM KGC in advance.

Payments & Invoicing:

Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless otherwise indicated on the invoice or order form. In the case of overdue payment, AFM KGC reserves the right to charge a fixed late payment fee of 10% on the outstanding amount. Additionally, AFM KGC reserves the right to suspend services without prior notice if payment is not received by the due date.

If payment remains outstanding after 60 days, AFM KGC reserves the right to engage third-party debt recovery services. Any legal and administrative costs incurred during the recovery process will be charged to the client.

Tax and Withholding:

In jurisdictions where withholding tax is applicable, the client shall be responsible for fulfilling such obligations to their local tax authorities. Under no circumstances shall KGC bear responsibility for tax-related costs governed by foreign legislation. The full invoice amount remains payable to KGC, exclusive of any such deductions.

Delivery of Services:

KGC commits to delivering high-quality services within the agreed timeframes. However, our commitments are best-effort obligations, not guarantees of results. AFM KGC shall not be held liable in legal disputes between the client and any third party or end consumer.

Disputes & Claims:

To be considered valid, any complaints or claims must be submitted in writing via registered post to our official address within 8 days of receiving the service or product in question.

All engagements and legal agreements with AFM KGC shall be governed exclusively by South African law.
